Y'all, before there was a drag brunch scene in Miami, there was Palace. Since 1988, we've been Ocean Drive's original home for drag brunch — bottomless mimosas, a gourmet menu, and the fiercest queens in South Beach serving numbers between courses. This isn't a trend we jumped on; we started it.
